Payments for Algo Media’s Services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

1. Service Cancellation
a. Client-Initiated Cancellation:
You may cancel a service by providing written notice to Algo Media via email or any other written communication method specified in your service agreement.
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the start date of the service or campaign. If you cancel after this period, you may be liable for costs incurred by Algo Media up to the date of cancellation.
For ongoing or recurring services (e.g., monthly digital marketing services), cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the continuation of the service for the next billing period, and you will be responsible for payment.

b. Algo Media-Initiated Cancellation:
Algo Media reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or unethical conduct by the client.
In such cases, any outstanding amounts due for services rendered up to the cancellation date will remain payable.

2. Refund Policy
a. No Refunds for Services Rendered:
Payments made for services already rendered by Algo Media are non-refundable. This includes any work that has been completed or any costs incurred on your behalf, such as advertising spend, third-party service fees, or other expenses directly related to the provision of services.

b. Refund Eligibility for Prepaid Services:
If you have prepaid for a service or campaign that has not yet commenced, you may be eligible for a refund, provided the cancellation is made within the specified timeframes mentioned above (i.e., 15 days prior to the start of the service or campaign).
Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 30 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request, less any applicable fees or costs incurred by Algo Media in preparation for the service.

c. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, such as SEO, content creation, and ad spend management, involve significant upfront work and investment. As such, these services are non-refundable once work has commenced, even if you choose to cancel the service before its completion.
Custom packages or services tailored specifically to your needs are also non-refundable.

3. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services or believe you are entitled to a refund beyond what is stated in this policy, please contact us to discuss the issue. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and to the satisfaction of both parties.

4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your credit card provider or bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with Algo Media may be considered a breach of this agreement. If you initiate a chargeback, Algo Media reserves the right to immediately terminate all services and seek compensation for any damages incurred.

5. Changes to This Policy
Algo Media may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
